The Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna is one of the most important European museum buildings put up during the 19th century. Completed in 1891, this museum holds many of the landmark art pieces originally housed in the Hofburg and Belvedere. Check out brilliant pieces like Diego Velazquez's portrait of the Infanta Margarita Teresa, selections from Pieter Bruegel the Elder's seasons of the seasons, Johannes Vermeer's The Artist's Studio, and Rembrandt's famous Large Self Portrait.
