BaKul is a great spot to go if you want a low key cup of coffee or cocktail. The staff and clientele is down to Earth and friendly. BaKul Cafe Bar is affiliated with the BaKul Guesthouse so it's definitely tourist friendly, but gay enough that it's worth a visit.
